Best jelly

Marie brought home a box of jellies and preserves made by the monks of st joseph's abbey one day last week. I've liked the taste of elderberries since i had this odd berry wine called carpe diem a long time ago. It's got a tart, almost pom flavor to it, but a nice sweetness as well. I need to get some peanut butter to try with it.
