So, in the spirit of trying to be not lazy (I have a test in Geography tomorrow!) I want to post some pictures of a puzzle called IZZI that I play with at work.
IZZI is not a traditional puzzle - the rules are simple: match black portions to black portions and white portions to white portions. The internal pattern of the tiles help to make different combinations possible. I've finished the puzzle a few times with students and they always come out different. The one caveat? The box is missing a piece! The complete incomplete puzzle is bittersweet, but fun to do nonetheless.
