Family Weekend

We started the weekend celebrating my dad's birthday at the Tonga Room
We had a nice breakfast at Boulange on Saturday morning
And then Frank and I toured Fort Point
Saturday night we all headed for 25 Lusk for VIP dinner service

AHI TUNA
israeli cous cous, watermelon pickle, cucumber, muscat grape and dijon coulis
KING SALMON
grilled celery, chanterelle mushrooms, rhubarb, avocado, pistachio powder
GRILLED STORM HILL NEW YORK STRIP
mizuna, gaufrette potatoes, bacon, onion rings
EMIGH'S RACK OF LAMB
fresh garbanzo bean puree, toy box squash, corn, spearmint
PORK SHOULDER
caramelized endive, black bean puree, corn bread, pickled green tomato
CAULIFLOWER CREME BRULEE
sweet 100 tomatoes, wild arugula
