This blog was started by my old cell phone, a fantastic little shooter that enabled my year-long project of posting a photograph every day for an entire year. Eventually I switched over to an iPhone, and then my "big" camera, a Panasonic FZ-28. The bulk of photos posted here have been taken by that camera, although increasingly they had been shot on my iPhone 4 & 4S. I'm pleased to announce a huge upgrade with my aquisition of the Panasonic GX1 - my first interchangeable lens, micro 4/3 camera. The camera itself is really beautiful, and I'm really looking forward to learning a lot of new concepts and techniques regarding photography. See below for the camera itself, and some quick test-shots I snapped yesterday afternoon.
Also coming soon: what the heck have I been doing since May?
